Snapdeal.com — warranty not provided of online product | |
I had purchased xiomi redmi note 3 4000 mah battery from snapdeal on dated 16/06/2018 with 1 year warranty but the battery is discharging very quickly. Therefore i visited your mi service centre on dt 27/09/2018 situated at gayatri complex, khowa mandi, golghar gorakhpur when i told the issue and asked for the replacement of this battery then they directly denied to provide the warranty for this product by rudely saying why you have purchased this product online we will not provide you the warranty for this online product and you can complain anywhere and also said we provide the warranty only when you purchase the product from our mi store. I had mailed this issue to snapdeal then i got the reply that you visit mi service centre to claim the warranty. Was this information helpful? | |
