[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — website says item delivered but have not received it | |||
Order id: [protected] placed on oct 5. I placed several orders for keychains from the snapdeal website. Yesterday i got an email that the items have been delivered but i never received it. I got a message saying it was delivered yesterday, december 14 but i have not received it. Kindly help me located the package. The invoice says dispatched via yida and the awb number is slp[protected] but i haven't been able to locate it. No one picks up the customer care number. No one has replied to my help center emails. Even the seller doesnt have an contact info. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||
