[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — without asking order cancelled by the courier company

My order no is [protected] ardunio nano r3 board is order at 22nd november 2017 it reached chennai 26th november 2017 but at that date am not in chennai but inform to that courier company that am not present in chennai and i reschedule the delivery date on 30th november 2017 but without asking me the courier company has cancelled the order so how can i order any thing to your snapdeal because of this action here after i will not order any product to your site
Today i have to finish my project with that pcb am so disappointed by this action by action
