[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Woodland shoes | |||||
I ordered woodland shoes on 22nd of december but I cancelled my order because of change of plan, 10 days have passed and I have still not got refund of any type from the snapdeal team, I had even dropped a mail to the customer care ( ref. no.[protected] but no response from them has been received to me, I have been shopping from snapdeal since a long time but this is the first time I have received such a poor response. The website clearly states that the refund will be done in 4 days but no response, mail, or call was done by them when I had done the complaint !! Was this information helpful? | |||||
