Dear sir/madam
I have ordered 2 no. S of kaspersky antivirus 1 month ago. It was reached after 20 days of ordered. After receiving the product found that the product is not supported to my operating system i. E. My order for windows 7 & supplied me for windows 10. So i registered a complin regarding this matter. After 7days material was replaced. But same type mistake is repeated by you. Product supported only for windows 10. So requesting to kindly look this matter in urgent basis & process the same as soon as possible.In below i have attached the current order no. For your reference. 1st order no. For 2 product was is 2443070 & 24437072.
