[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — wrong item delivered: no return/refund | |||
I have ordered a omron 7120 automatic bp monitor from snapdeal @ ₹ 1676/-, order id: [protected]. But unfortunately i have recieved a different bp monitor: dr morepen bp 02 bp monitor, and also contact to the seller and the seller said that we have both monitor (Mentioned above) in stock & even the seller is ready to help me but because it is not in his hand to provide the refund or arranging the pickup he can't do anything. But when asked to snapdeal they close my return request mentioning on email that we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, but we can't provide the refund as some transactions in your account don't pass our internal checks. So it is just a way to cheat the customers and take there money, i even said to call me but as no call came i have the only way left is a consumer complaint. So, please help me by providing the refund amount ₹ 1676/-. Was this information helpful? | |||
