[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — wrong product delivered and snapdeal is not ready to replace/refund it | |
I had placed an order with Snapdeal (Huda beauty lipstick pink edition, Order ID: [protected]). However wrong product got delivered to me (delivered wrong shades). Now they are neither replacing it nor returning. They are just mentioning that due to some issues in my account they can't process my replacement or return request and when i am asking what are those issues they are not answering anything. Their executives disconnect call in between when i ask them any further details or to connect me to their seniors. I have not used the wrong product which they have delivered and have kept it with all packaging and labels and have also mailed them pics of the same.

Feb 16, 2018 naresh1910's response I am not satisfy your product and wants to refund it because it is not a accepted product its battery back up only 2 hour so we want return it . we already return this item but snapdeal again send to me without any change . so we request to you please quality check this product other wise change it.
