[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — wrong product delivered

I have purchased led tv from snapdeal on 07.11.2017. But they delivered me low price different companies product on 15.11.2017 (Order number [protected]). I immediately go to snapdeal website and requested for replacement. After that i received email from [protected]@snapdeal.com that your problem will be solved within 24 to 48 hours. But after writing a lot of emails, sending 8 to 10 images 6to8 times through email, facebook, instagram they call me, and told me that your problem will be solved by our team within 24 to 48 hours. After that i received calls from unknown number that you have to send wrong product to (He sent me address through whatsapp) the said address. Please note one thing customer care said your problem will be solved within 24 to 48 hours after this immediately unknown phone call came to me and said that our courier only delivered the product to your location but don't pick up, so you go to any courier and send the wrong product to the address they sent me on whatsapp. Then send email to help snapdeal for verification of such address is right or wrong, if the address is wrong then i will go to police station to file fir. Till then upto date 20.11.2017 there is no contact between snapdeal customer care. I think this is the fraud chain, who is fooling a lot of people. Now tell me anybody, what i have to do next to solve my problem.

Yesterday I received email and message from Snapdeal customer care to pick up the wrong product Digismart TV but today i.e. on 25.11.2017 at 11.01 pm they call me you have to send product to Snapdeal through courier otherwise I am sorry to pick up product. Why Snapdeal changing their opinion time to time to pick up the wrong product. I think something happened wrong with me.

Today just a few minutes ago i.e. on 28.11.2018 at 09.54 am I received a mobile call from Snapdeal customer care, they told me that you have to send us wrong product through any courier service. But I told them you have to pick up wrong product from my house. If you have no pickup service then why you deliver wrong product to my place. Then they told me they can't do anything.

Now Snapdeal don't pick up wrong product from my house. They said they have no pickup service available to your location. Then how they delivered me wrong product my location. Reply immediately.

Snapdeal must have to send my Activa ACT 32 Smart TV which I have ordered on 07.11.2017 and pick up wrong product Digismart TV from my location as early as possible.

Snapdeal doesn't pick up wrong product from my location and not sending my ordrderd product till today i.e. upto 14th of January 2018. My request to snapdeal is if your pick up service is not available to my location, you have to send me my product Activa ACT 32 Smart TV and at the same time you have to pick up wrong product from my location. But they are not ready. They are liars.
