[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Wrong product delivered now not replacing

I ordered a school trolley bag at Rs 1199 on 28 oct but the delivered a benten hand watch on 6 nov 2016. When i complai they said they will replace Now they r not replacing many time i book tha complain but their courier guys not coming to pick up the item they only promise to solve within 24 hrs but untill now not done
