[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — wrong product delivered, returned the product but money is not refunded yet! | |||
Snapdeal has been giving worst service ever. There's no way i'm able to talk to any of their customer care executives. I had placed an order for three fitness bands on 30-jan-2019. Payment was done online and the promised delivery date was 11-feb-2019. Order id: [protected] Now, the problem here is, the wrong item has been delivered, received only one fitness band and not three of them. The invoice mentions three items delivered, however received only one, that too the wrong product. I have been trying to contact the snapdeal customer care executive, but unable to do the same. I have sent an email to the customer care a week back, but haven't received any response yet. The total amount of rs. 1242 for all three fitness bands has not been refunded yet.
