[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — wrong product delivered twice | |||
I have ordered 3 step ladder on 26th may 2018, have received the delivery on 5 june but the product was with 2 step ladder. I had placed request for replacement of the product, have received the replacement today after 15 days but still the same 2 step ladder delivered to me. No person is available to answer calls. Im fed up by paying advance money to this worst company. This is a really bad experience forever by using this non sense online shopping portal. Request to refund my money also requesting for compensation as im constantly follow up with snapdeal but they are not giving any proper response. Multiple time had sent mail but no revert received.
