[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — wrong product sent and returned back but amount not refunded into my account | |||
Dear Sir, I have ordered ordered 3 combo set shoes for kid on snap deal website on 25-02-18 & i paid 990 INR with debit card, they delivered the item on 01-03-18. after opening the package i received only 2 sets of shoes with different color which was not selected by me. so immediately i initiated refund & next day the snap deal pickup person took the package. later i got message on 07-03-18 your amount 990 INR credited to your bank account & it will credit in 7 to 10 working days. but till date i am not received any money into my account. i tried to contact snap deal many times but there are not maintaining customer care to talk with any executive, i emailed them with my bank statement proof, today called me & telling to ask in bank only we have transferred amount, you have to check with bank only. i went to bank checked the same. they are telling there is no issue with your account. please ask snap deal only. this snap deal cheaters are not responding & always telling the same story. i am enclosing my latest bank statement for your reference please help me out in this issue to get back my refund amount.
