[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — wrong product taken away in my return request | |||
I ordered a puma trackpant from snapdeal and after it delivered i wanted to return it. But when the delivery boy came to take it, one of my family member gabe him a tshirt not the trackpant i want to return. Still the delivery boy without any checking take that tshirt. Now its been 2 weeks the company isnt helping me till. They are not resolving this matter and didnt do anything till about this mistake of them. Was this information helpful? | |||
