muje product wrong mila tha, order cancell kiya tha maine apke executive 3day se only call karte the courier collect k liye ataa hue.5 me, aur uske baad uska call nahi lagta aur pura din mai uska wait karti rahi hu.Abhi costomer care bol rahe ki order cancel nahi hoga, isme meri kya galti thi, pls collect your product & give me refund

I Have received the duplicate fast track watch from snap deal.
30-apr-2018 i have purchased the watch.today it is not working .i have shown watch to Fast track customer care hes telling watch is duplicate.
pls do needful.only two month is over.
