Snapfitness — Fraud functioning

Hi,

Some months back snap fitness 24/7 got opened in indirapuram. I was quite familiar with the name and brand. And after visiting the place, i took an annual membership for the same. The payment i made was through net bank transfer and they said the receipt would be given in some days.

All of a sudden after 3-4 months or so there were bad experiences like no power, gym closed without any notices, ac not working and all of a sudden gym got closed without any notice and when i tried to reach the number itsnot reachable.

I had ~6 months left in my membership and i wanted my refund back hence i contacted them via email because phone is not responding. So they asked for my number, name and detail and told me that i am not a registered member.

I have already given the papers i received from snapp team and i also showed them the money transferred to them but now no response is coming.

I want snapfitness team to refund back my money and do something positive to have faith in there brand.
