Snapfitness — membership transfer from kalyan nagar to hsr layout branch

Hi,

I took 12+1 months' membership in aug 2019 in kalyan nagar, bangalore branch. Now i want to transfer the membership to hsr layout, bangalore branch.

About 6 months of membership is remaining.

The kalyan nagar manager is behaving very unprofessionally and he is not sending an email allowing me to use the hsr layout gym and not doing the transfer.

I have requested several times and even the hsr layout manager has requested the kalyan nagar manager.

Now, kalyan nagar manager and all sales people have blocked number or they are not picking up my phone.

Please help.
