I ordered Vivo V20 on 29/12/2020 and I paid a down payment of rupees 7080 .The order cancelled automatically saying not not verified and said refund in process.Now it's about 2 months i didn't get my refund .My order ID is 1526479.The customer service is not responding too.Is there any way to get my refund inmediately

    My registerd no. Is [protected] I order the redmi 9 prime but i am not getting the tracking details also i talked with cuatomer care they chnaged the order from snapmint to flipcart & after some time i got the message that the order will come from amazom but still there is not showing the tracking details. Please give me the tracking details so that i could know when my order will arrive or else arrange to cancel the order and proced for refund and cancel the auto debit payment.

        I order for titan pay and also pay the down-payment of Rs 360 then after 4 days there is no response from snapmint, then I canceled it about 6 or 7 days ogo...

              I place an order on snapmint about one week ago as soon as I placed an order I got to know that product is overpriced so It wasn't a good choice.So within few hours I contact them via contact us option in app to cancel the order and thought that these guys will sure cancel it but today when I wasn't at home someone delivered that order.I am trying to contact them via WhatsApp number which they used to contact me to get my KYC details but still no reply.Never ever place order with these guy's they don't have any support.

                            Dear Sir, I had applied personal loan application from snapmint on 28/09/2020. The company has shown a loan of Rs. 40, 000 / - in my account. The loan installment has also shown disconnection from my account on 03/11/2020. But so far no money has come in my account from the company. I have also emailed the company many times. But no answer has come from the company. No one recives the toll free number of the company.

                                    I have paid all the emi to snapmint but i am still getting calls and msgs from au bank for outstanding amount. I didn't received any noc from snapmint and customer service representatives couldn't solve this since last month. I never went to au bank to apply for any loan but i am getting calls and msgs from them to pay the outstanding amount.
