ALL MY HOUSEHOLD ITEMS HAVE BEEN STOLEN MY SNL
I contacted SNL PACKERS AND MOVERS on 26th October 2020 on their mobile number +91 [protected]. The contact number was obtained through a google search of movers and packers in Bangalore. I made the contact on the above mentioned number and the person receiving the call was a certain Mr. Vikas Budhania. I asked for a quotation for packing and moving households items from Bangalore (560054) to Gaya (823001). The quotation was shared by SNL packers on Whatsapp. The message was as follows:
“ Approximately cost will be around 43.5k/- included packing unpacking loading unloading transporation with D2D”
SNL packers then confirmed that households items would be delivered in 5 to 6 days
Post this, SNL packers sent an agent called Mr.Hitesh on 13th November to check the household items and share the final price. The deal was finalized at Rs.48000/- after checking all the household items that had to be transported
On 25th November, SNL sent people to pack all the household items along with their representative Mr.Bhuvan. The household items (100 boxes) were loaded in a truck at around 10 pm on 25th October.
We were informed that the items will be unloaded at yeshwathpur warehouse and after invoicing is done on 26th, it will be loaded again
On 26th Nov, Mr.Vikas Budhania sent bank account details (attached in annexure) on whatsapp and the final invoice (attached in annexure). The final amount of ~ Rs.79, 768 was paid to Mr. Vikas Budhania’s bank account and I received confirmation on whatsapp (screenshots attached)
I was told that I will get the items by 9th December.
On 9th December, when I called SNL, Mr.Vikas Budhania apologized and said my items haven’t yet left bangalore and still in the warehouse and it will be loaded on 9th night and I will get it by 19th December
On 19th December, when I still didn’t receive the luggage, I called SNL multiple times but my phone call wasn’t received. On 21st December, I got a message on whatsapp from SNL that my luggage has reached Kanpur (screenshot attached)
When I still hadn’t received the luggage, I tried calling SNL but yet again no one received the call. I kept calling between 23rd December to 28th December but there was no response
On 28th December, I got a SMS text from SNL which gave a contact number +91 [protected] Mr.Sunil Kumar ( screenshot attached)
When I called Mr. Sunil kumar, Mr. Sunil Kumar picked the call and informed me that my luggage is in Nagpur and was unloaded in Nagpur as SNL hadn’t made the payment to Mr. Sunil Kumar for the transportation. Mr. Sunil kumar informed me that SNL has just made the payment today and that my household items woulb be loaded on 29th December and leave from Nagpur on the same day and will reach Gaya by 6th to 9th December.
On 9th December when I still hadn’t received the household items, I called SNL where Mr.Vikas Budhania said my luggage has reached Gaya and that I should check with Mr.Sunil Kumar. On calling Mr.Sunil Kumar, Mr. Sunil asked me to speak to SNL Vikas and that he is not answerable. Post that Mr.Sunil blocked my contact number
After 9th December, I kept calling SNL but nobody answered my call. After a few days, a certain Mr.Prashant picked the call and informed that Mr. Vikas Budhania is a fraud and has left SNL . He also informed me that there are several goods lying in Nagpur of different clients as well. He mentioned there are lugagges of 41 customers with them. He assured that my household items will reach me. He told me that SNL is getting all the goods back to bangalore once again from Nagpur and it would be transported again.
He assured that my household items would be loaded on the night of 13th January 2021 and I will receive it by 20th January 2021. On calling Mr.Prashant on 18th January, I was informed that my household items are still in bangalore and would be loaded on 18th January night 11pm and that I will get a tracking ID post that.
However, I have been calling SNL after that and nobody is responding to my call. No tracking ID has been shared as well
Now SNL is blackmailing me that if I call them, I will never receive my goods.

I'm being hassled by SNL. Few things I wish to share of this service provider-
1. The address on their docs and website (D/A/295, D.Devaraj Urs truck Terminal Ltd Industrial Suburb, Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru) seems fake. No. D/A/295 does not exist. SNL does not have an office in DDUTT.
2. Run their contact number +[protected] in TrueCaller, the name is SNL Fraud Packers
3. Apparently this firm is run by one person because there's only one mobile number.
4. SNL gave a consignment note which had Delhivery name/logo but when I tried to track the 9-digit id, Delhivery system responded that no such id was available and asked for 11 or 12 digit number.

Is your bike delivered and any progress? Similar situation for me. They have taken bike, but not giving any clarity where the bike is and when it will get delivered.
