I make a two orders on snogtrend site on 20th september and 22nd september On 20th september order #3016 for women leather handbag 4 pieces set with lovely cute bear doll for rs. 299/- was made and money was deducted from my sbi account the details for it is as follows Order - [protected] Ccavenue reference[protected] Order date-20/09/2017 Time - 00.13.37 On 22nd september order #3710 for women leather handbag 6 pieces set for rs. 299/- was made and money was deducted from my sbi account the details for it is as follows Order - [protected] Ccavenue reference[protected] Order date-22/09/2017 Time - 12.24.48 But till today i have not get the ordered items And also there is no contact number for tracking and no tracking status given to me Plz take necessary action My contact details are - Mrs mona manekar, [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have ordered handbag for 299 and the order is placed and money is deducted.But i have not received any handbag.They don't have any proper phone numbers and that is not reachable too.In mail also they are replying that you will get your product within 10-14 working days..
Same here, i ordered the bag whose shipping charges was 299.i mailed to them about tracking the order, .they said the product is coming from China, it may take 30-45 days.
Ridiculous services... Fake site...
I have ordered 4 piece handbag set of rs299/- on 24th september.But I didn't recieved yet.I already did a mail regarding this subject but you people didnt responded yet.I want to know the details of my order when it is going to be delivered.i[censored] r not going to deliver the order in one week refund our money back.

Contact your bank... Search for "SBI Cardholder Dispute Form" or "ICICI Bank Cardholder Dispute Form" on Google.
please send me my 6 pieces set of handbags i'm really sad i had no money n collected rs 299 for the bags and they deceived me, do something.
