[Resolved] Snow Travel Club — fraudulent activity conducted out by snow travel club, (32/5 sector 10, faridabad haryana 121001) in evading inr 25, 000/- | |||||
Dear sir, This is to bring to your notice that i have been recently pulled into a fraudulent act in which travel company “snow travel club (http://www.snowtravelclub.com/)” has looted inr 25, 000/- from me towards family travel trip to tirupati. On the day of booking i was communicated that the trip will cost total of 25, 000/- (Inclusive of taxes) which will include stay and site seeing. I made the complete payment of inr 25, 042/- into company account [protected] (Equitas small finance bank), below are the details for the transfer Payment date amount transferred to 19-feb-19 6000 paytm number: [protected] 22-feb-19 4000 paytm number: [protected] 22-feb-19 7500 from hdfc a/c: [protected] to equitas small finance bank[protected] 25-feb-19 75042 from hdfc a/c: [protected] to equitas small finance bank a/c[protected] Today morning (Dated 26-feb 2019) i received a call from the travel company asking me to pay 6000/- more for the trip failing to meet their original commitment of 25042/-. The reason quoted was earlier quote in no more workable. I requested them to cancel the booking and refund me back the entire amount of inr 25, 042/- but they said cancellation will attract approx 33% cancellation charges. With this in background i want to officially lodge a complaint against everyone who are involved in this fraudulent activity. It seems this is the business model where they initially make a false commitment, later fall back and inappropriately hoard hard earned money of common people on the name of cancellation charges. I am sure there must be several more instances which will come to light if detailed investigation conducted in this regard. Hum apke sath he Mr. Anurag. Roj ek new case samne aa raha he. Sabse request he ki inaki bato me na aaye warna mehnat se kamai hue paise gaye.
Company ke sath kuch miss communication ho gaya tha jise humane clear kar liya he, Company se meri baat chal rahi he and wo mujahe mera pura paisa wapas karne ko teyar he.
