Snow Travel Club — Refund of the cancelled booking not provided

I booked a travel package for Darjeeling with this company thinking that they would stick to their words but after going through their reviews on Google the other day I realised that I have made a mistake and quickly cancelled the booking and asked for a refund. It has been one month now but they still haven't returned my money (6000rs)and have stopped replying to messages and emails too. This is a completely fraud company. Please don't fall prey to these people and never book with them.
