Team Snow travel / Mr. Rakesh,

It's more than a month and I am still waiting for the refund of booking amount for trip to Tirupati.

The 3rd extended deadlines for the payment has already gone by last week.
It would be nice if you can arrange for the advance payment which I have paid, as you failed to live up to your prior commitments made during the time of booking.

Inclosed are the screenshots of emails in which confirmed to refund the amount.
