As committed and agreed by Sobha executive, we had finalized and booked the flat no A 1223 and paid the booking amount of rupees seven lakhs eighty six thousands (INR 786000) to Sobha limited via cheque on 10/02/2020, and Sobha has issued a receipt no CR2231512 for the same. However due to their internal issues they have allocated flat no C3212 initially and committed via email that the flat which I have finalized which is A1223 will be allocated to me within 45days and post that they will initiate the agreement process. However, post waiting 45days, they said the flat A1223 is not available and same has been allocated to someone else. Due to this I requested for immediate refund, but Sobha Ltd guys are saying refund would take minimum of 6-8 months. I am suffering with financial loses being a victim in this case and whereas it’s not my fault. Sobha ltd has failed to allocate the flat as agreed and committed to me
Kindly requesting Sobha Ltd to refund my money with interest from 10/02/2020 until the settlement date
