1. I have submitted the name transfer on August 19th.
2. I was never told that i need to download form 16 from customer portal - there was no instruction for that in the email that i got
3. Sept 28th i was told that I need to submit all 17 Form 16 from customer portal. I did that and the CRM told me that she had submitted to legal/account team and said that she will get back.
4. CRM went on vacation from 3rd to the 10th.
5. Tuesday Oct 11th the CRM said that she will mail assignment draft letter agreement on the 12th and now it is the 14th.
Extremely bad services form Sobha CRM team.
Also there is no transparency - there is no escalation matrix for customer grievance.
I was to close this deal in Sept, take the money from this property and close another property.
However because of Sobha's blunder and pathetic customer support, i have to pay EMI of Rs 48000 for the month of Sept and Oct.
I also had lost of revenue of Rs 25000 for month of Sept and Oct for the rent that I would have received if I had known about this pathetic service from Sobha.
So I am asking Sobha to provide me the reimbursement of Rs 1, 46000 Was this information helpful? |
