Sodexo India — Sodexo incompetent in enabling my card
My previous card was automatically deactivated without any notification on 28th March 2022.Then I called their customer service and asked for reason but as usual there system don't capture such important information who&why card was deactivated.Lastly they deducted 150 Rs from my account and initiated new card request which I got after a month without activation details. Then again I had to chase for getting that activated- initially their system was not having data of my new card..then somehow after 25-30 days card got tagged to my name but it was failing during activation. Now again chasing for getting that activated since 1 month.
Such a pathetic service Sodexo provide it's just because they have tie up with multiple companies.There is no escalation contact. They don't call you back or respond to your emails. Customer representative cannot direct call to higher authorities and not to technical team. And no direct contact to technical team. Simply they don't care for customers time or effort. I am pissed off listening to their sorry & apologies.
For all this I had to everything raise new request by waiting for 30-40 min to speak to customer care representative. After some days they close your ticket without informing you.
