The Worst Worst Service !Hi...Im Zeeshan here from DZire Drive. I`ve purchased a Transactional sms pack from Solutions infini. T here where few credits remaining in the account. Due to some reason i was not using the service for 7-8 months. When i checked the account now it shows 0 (zero) credits. When i had contacted the Support Team (Somasu Priya), Account Manager (Rakesh Lakhare), And Manager (Nayana) there where not able to solve my issue from last 15 days. At last they said i dont have have any credits left. Actually there where around 40, 000 credits left in my account. They had robbed my balance credits. So i request you all please dont use SOLUTION INFINI services any more. As they cheat and dupe people. And they rob our balance credits from our accounts.
