I bought one water purifier in 2018 april month. Last month (October) the main filter was complaint. Then i called the service center and mr karthik (Service manager) sent devaraj (Technician) for service. He changed my filter with an old filter and charged 900 rs for that. After that i cannot use the water for drinking. Then after while i am calling to the above mentioned peoples and their service centers no one is picking my call and mr karthik was blocked my number also. I really disappointed with their service and behavior.
