Sony Bravia — TV 48 inches

Please find two messages I wrote to the company... and issue remained unresolved still...

MESSAGE - 01

Dear sir

Right at the outset I really feel extremely upset about a problem which has just started appearing in my Bravia TV... there is a kind of flickering band of almost about 1 cm appearing continuously on top length of the TV...

And I have already talked thrice with your customer care executive but the talks reached a dead-end at a point where they ask me to bear expenses for the repair...

My simple question to all of them and you too... When I had spend 75, 000 rupees on a TV, should that TV be giving me problems so soon like this... I went for a trusted brand only so that I can have hassle free experience with it... Sony shattered all my faith...

Resolve my problem and I do not either want to pay a single penny nor tolerate any delay in resolution of my problem. The model details are as follows:

Sony BRAVIA TV, Model No: KDL-48W600B, Serial No: 3272871. Purchase date June 2014.

MESSAGE - 02

Dear sir

I fail to understand why you people have disowned me... Is that for a simple reason that I am that that stupid buyer who did a foolish act of spending 75000 on a TV !!... I am completely at crossroads and forced to contemplate taking some unpleasant knee-jerk reactions... maybe i will start posting on the internet world the shabby treatment Sony India had meted me... customer care is literally not providing any help and the emails remain unanswered for more than a day...
