I had bought a sony klv-32r302e in5 tv in the month of july 2018.
The tv suddenly went dead on 2nd aug 2018, i logged a call on 3rd aug 2018. My complaint number being[protected].
A technician was sent out on same day for inspection.
He informed that the panel was dead and the tv has to be taken to the service center. Alternatively he had put a sticker on the tv and the tv was taken on 4th aug 2018 by an individual from the service centre.

My request id is assigned to dynamis trade & services pvt ltd. They informed it will take 7 working days before i get it back.
After 7 days i tried to contact them on numerous occasion but in vain and there is no response. This is an absolute ridiculous service which is not only affecting the customers and also shattering the brand image. Do something immediately and return my tv Was this information helpful? |
