Sony India — brand new led tv breakage

Sir. I have purchased sony led model no.40r252f s[protected] vide bill no.1011 dated 18.01.2019 and installed after 2 and half month it has installed by company employee after 2-3 days this tv get fell down and brake from corner then i complaint to dealer navrang electronics he directed my complaint to sony area sales officer mr. Himanshu he replied that this type of complaint already face by company in this model because there is very narrow space for attachment in this model as well as company employee has not installed properly so don't worry company will change the tv but i am sorry to say that no response find from company side please look the matter and solve my problem
