the lady staff at the desk @ratnagiri service centre, busy with personal things on phone..
casual behaviour when called up for enquiry
1month ago home theater dvd was given to service center with a problem of sound output...
days passed..we called up frequently for enquiry..
*the technician will call you..(call end...even when person speaking)
*the part has not been arrived.
same answers all time
a month passed and the part still not arrived..casualness/ignorance
we took the machine without your KIND service
this staff, and technicians are not healthy for future we wish to have a look on this centre
