[Resolved]  Sony India — Complained longed against Sony 32” LCD KLV32F550A

This has reference to the discussion we had with your Mr. Gitanshu kabtiyal of Sony customer care Center at Delhi on 08.09.2014 when we have intimated the following:- 1. We have purchased one number 32” LCD TV from your dealer M/s Salkia Radio Enterprise on 23.08.2009. 2. Recently we observed that some small spots visible on the panel of the TV. Your dealer advised us to contact your authorized after sales service center M/s Neosa Electronic Pvt. Ltd, salkia, Howrah. Email Id:- [protected]@gmail.com . 3. Complain number IISHH056 registered on 11.08.2014 and their representative visited our house on 12 & 16th Aug 2014 and taken the photograph of the TV. They have informed that they will report to you for taking necessary steps. 4. Last week they have telephoned me and informed that they have received an report / information from Sony Center that manufacturing of this kind of TV sony has discarded and they can not help us in this matter. We have been informed by your service center that if we like we can exchange this set along with a new set and a discount of 25% on MRP on my chosen set will be provided. 5. When I have asked for the sony’s official written report in this matter they have told they can not provide any Sony report. They have also informed verbally that the life of Sony LCD is only for 5 years. After receiving this type of communication I was really surprised that company like Sony how they are treating their customers. It is our rights to get written report of any complaint which provided by customer. 6. This is to inform you that we are using so many electronics equipments of Sony make in my house as well as in my working place and we never experienced this kind of fault on any Sony product within 5 years. For your information I am residing at Kuwait and here also I am using Sony product for last 10 years but still I have not faced any problem of those products but when myself received this communication from my father then I was really surprise how Sony India dealing with the customers or it has been manipulating by after sell service center. 7. I do not believe that a quality product from Sony will be valid for only 5 years as verbally informed by your service center. 8. The entire matter as mentioned above has been explained to your Mr. Gitangshu over telephone on 8th Sept 2014. He assured that he will look into the matter and take necessary steps. 9.
