Hi Team, Its been a week after visiting the technician to see my television as its having display problem but they keep saying they are awaiting for further updates from head office without taking any action from their end. complaint ID is 64906853
Being Sony brand we proud but looking this service, expectations are going other way around and expecting immediate response from service center as its been a week.
They are not at all customer response people and looking o change the service from this center.
