Hi,
I was not informed that my LazyPay account will be automatically deducted for Rs 999 on[protected] for renewal of 1 year subscription of Sony Liv.
The amount got deducted on its own.
I was about to use my coupon for renewal of my subscription.
When I wrote a mail to SonyLiv customer support [protected]@sonyliv.com, they said I was informed earlier which never happened. Then they wrote another email where they said I should have cancelled the subscription myself earlier.
Lies after Lies.
I have repetedly told them in email that I wasn't informed earlier and money was automatically deducted without my consent.
Now, in the last mail they are wishing that I could have written the mail earlier for cancellation, but they never bothered to tell me that they were going to deduct Rs 999 automatically.
It wasn't communicated even in the 1st mail during registration last year that the subscripition amount will be automatically deducted .
Please cancel the subscription and refund my amount of Rs.999.
