Sony India — Defective TV sold and service refused !

Hi,

I'm Aditya, I complained about my Sony Bravia KDL-46EX720 from the last two months and waiting for a solution. At the end as a last resort I emailed service head in the hope of finding a solution but I'm still being troubled and thrown around without any proper solution.

I've been suffering with my the from the past 5 years as I've serviced it 3 times in the past 5 years almost every year with screen blurring and picture problems. I'm again suffering a picture problem with screen blurring and split in two parts as seen in the attached pictures below. I've already spent more than ₹6000 already for servicing almost every year paper form ₹125000 to buy the TV itself.

At the end when i complained to service head they kind of moved to solve the problem but in the end have hopelessly refused any solution as there is no stock of LED panel and TV has to be junked. Now I'm being harassed to pay 75% of the mew TV cost as the defective old TV is useless. I've been suffering form 5 years with repeated problems and now i must pay another 75000 to get a new TV. They sent me rude letter saying writing to them with complaint will not help to get a better solution.

Is this the best solution i was told when i brought Sony TV as a superior brand what sort of solution is this. I'm really fed up with Sony I don't wish to buy any more Sony goods and never will again after this horrible torture being forced upon me . I want refund of the money I invested in this TV apart from the huge time waster running form pillar to post to find a solution to a defective TV. Why was I sold such a substandard TV for a premium price and kept me in dark all years. How can you just wash your hands off and trouble a loyal customer like this. is this your good service offered to premium customers. I've been waiting for two months and this is how you treat a customer?

How is this a just solution to ask me to pay again the cost of a new TV after so many years to trouble and repairs of the defective TV. I've all the bills and lame customer service emails to prove how defective is the TV and how I'm being troubled. I don't wish to buy a Sony product ever again and don't force me to buy again with such useless offers.
