[Resolved] Sony India — Delinquency in Product repairs | |||
I have submitted my phone to Sony Authorized Service Center nearly a month ago, and all I am getting the reply every week on Saturday evening that "it is under repairs it will take 5-6 days", this is the fourth week I am getting this message from the service center. I have called the Service Center all they say that Product is not with them its at main service center . I have called there toll free number and compliant about the delay in repairs, all they say that "they only provide the information about the current repairs they have no idea when the repairs will be done." I even escalated their request, even mailed them as I get is the thanking mail from there as a reply saying we will revert in 48 hours but nothing happens. Oct 25, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved They exchanged the phone as the parts of my previous phone weren't available. Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
