I have purchased klv - 49w672e led smart tv on 2nd april 2017, within 3days from purchase date we found back light emission on both corners and decided to check in sony showroom outlet and noticed no back light emission in other models in same series and so i log a complaint about this issue and surrender my smart tv to the sony authorised service center (Job sheet no j[protected] on 8th april 2017 (It happen within 7 days from purchase date) and i informed to service center it will be a minor or major issue i need replacement.
Last week service engineer called me and informed replacement process in progress and within 5 working days will get the new led tv
But suddenly yestarday service engineer called me and informed replacement is not possible, it's a minor issue not a problem
I compared the same model series and raised a complaint about this issue also we won't found the same issue in other model in same series in sony outlet, then why the service engineer won't agreeing this.
Only thing i need to know, service engineer won't spend his money and buied the product, i buied with my money so as a customer in need satisfication
Completely disappointed almost 11 days over no input from service end
Whenever i cal to service center, informing me it's in progress, need to wait how long i need to wait
Dropped a mail to service head no reply, called to customer care and informed no response.
Wrost wrost wrost service, this is the way to treat a customer
Kindly notice the issue provide replacement if not i won't get the product from service center

the problem is while watching the screen goes away but not the volume
we can only hear, but the screen is blank.
In the morning it works completely fine for an hour or two, but then once it starts going blank it continuosly ocurs again and again
so let me know the solution asap.
