Have purchaed Sony TV model No. KD-43X80J on[protected] from Vijay Sales with extended warranty of 4 years on loan from Bajaj Finservice amouting to Rs. 72000/-
Instalation done on[protected] from that day I was facing issue TV screen stops if i switch on or off fan, light or door bell ring etc I have raised the complaint and asked them to replace the product but they did not do they said the problem is of HDMI cable I replaced my existing cable purchased new HDMI cable but problem was not solved. Again I made complaint and said to replance but technician came said HDMI cable issue I purchased HDMI cable from him. But the problem was not that often but it was there and I did not complain becoz they will give me same reason.
Now on 28/06/2022 tv was off when it was on at 6:30 pm it was not working. Have made complaint on[protected]. My complaint allocated to authorised service centre M/s GSS Quick Garage India Pvt Ltd technician came on 29/06/2022 and said mother board problem I requested to replace the product since it was giving problem from the day one. It is still under warranty period. I am following up with them but they are not ready to replace they are saying company will not replace they will provide new part.
I want replacement of the product or refund amount what I have paid Rs 72000/-
Request you to please resolve my issue.
