Updated by Shon1 Since one month over still we are struggling, no positive response.
I feel customer care and service people here from Chennai not that much supportive.
They have blamed us we have not used tv properly( not properly means not understood ...?...?..).
This was told by one exrexpert Mr. Shivaraman from Chennai service team.
They told us motherboard got failed because of corrosion and we are responsible for this was told above mentioned
person.
since this tv is fully packed, one part got corroded this is not acceptable, then may this tv has quality issue.
Now they are asking ₹ 13000.00.
For reference one of mine friend also using same tv with next size and which has brought by him before me six months.
If I compare these two case of my and mine friend tv, customer care people manuaplating different different stories.
Overall
Sony tv and their Indian people’s are not realible.
