Sony TV KD-49X8200E TV I purchased in sep 2018 reported Display issue in Sep 2020, just in 2 years. I choose Sony Product for quality, sit back & enjoy life without worry of issues. I am an user of Sony Products, but unfortunately now it seems to be not, since my hard earned money is become worthless, buying worthless product with highest cost. within 2 year pay more than 1/4 of the amount for repairing the TV is beyond imagination for a Sony Customer. The customer service / service centre could not able to provide alternate option. Very poor customer relationship of sony india. Was this information helpful? | |
