Dear sir, sony bravia Pvt Ltd It gives me immense pain to bring to your notice that despite lodging a complaint during lockdown and even past one week, a reputed company like yours takes so much time to revert and address the issues of their valued customers. An oled tv purchased in the year 2018 has already started showing horizontal lines on the screen and is an eyesore to see that such a branded tv has given way in less than 2 years, and nothing is being done to address this issue at your end . At the time of purchase of such a valued television, it was a feast to the eyes, but now it's become an eyesore to see the TV, so also the brand of the tv. I am anxiously waiting to hear from you as each passing day goes by. If I don't hear anything in the next 48 hours, or the grievance is not redressed, I will be constrained to take up the matter with the consumer forum at your entire risks so as to costs and consequences.
