My self darshika misty, I purchase sony bravia KLV - 43W672G in July 2020 . I purchase from malad west, mumbai - venus electrovision which is very famous for Sony products . the product after 2 to 3 month the line is coming in tv panel, i complained to malad east services center . after that the checking person is coming Mr kabish the first time is coming for check up they mention there is no issue but after 5 days approx in October i complaint 2 nd time they check the tv, in font of him same problem is coming, they process my tv complain and after continue 1 month follow up they pik up my tv, they pik up my tv[protected], i don't know what they are check, from the malad east service center branch i foll up with rm sachin - soni tv engineer -after 15 days sachin inform to me there is no problem in tv id don't know what they are doing with tv they check or not[protected] they delivered my tv after the number of follow up with him, they dispatch with no result date[protected] same problem is coming i complain again they said when my tv pikup tempo coming to your area it will be pickup, till date[protected] is pending . sir i really fed up with this again again same excused and again try to convey me that i pik up today or tomorrow, in same problem they said me the panel was not change, glass only change i don't know for that part my tv problem is solved or not .
i want my tv panel to change, who's know when they pik up tv and again done nothing and same thing is happen again and again, my warranty period also complete with 6 month, and from the t v purchase 6 month is complete in that 3 month i follow up for all the problems . i really want to you need to see the problem, and shout out assp .
