I am loyal customer of sony company . this is first time i getting a worst services from sony, company employ don`t know how to speak with the customers, they even don`t care, how long u are with this brand . it is not appreciatable. i think sony have lots of new customer, so they least bother of the old customers . i will definately write to sony india head . My led tv started showing some problem and i contacted the service centre and requested for a service check but no technician was sent. I registered the complaint on 10 of september and my complaint id is 41982005. The srevice centre representatives are delaying by saying that the techinician would come to see the problem.now or then
