Hi, I have written so many emails to sony care, but no response. The issue was in 2years motherboard need to be changed. I m not understand here with in two years these many issues means how poor quality sony has givving to customers and cheating like any thing. With in warranty one time. With our warranty one time. If that much poor quality if giving means who will buy the sony product. I raised compliant/ escalation also:51814164 Useless sony product, please don't buy these Was this information helpful?
