Sony India — No display on TV after 1and half month | |
Purchased Sony Bravia modle KD- 49X7500H tv on 15th Nov 2020, from Jan 2021 started problem on display & Feb 21 onward frequent display goes off. Sony service centre took around 2.5 month to accept that there is problem in their TV otherwise local service center was shifting problem on customer side, network signal problem, wifi problem, Tata sky signal problems etc. We have to proved him by calling that agency that there is no such signal issue. Finaly Tv screen got blank & no picture display then sony accepted that their is problem in set. Since then they are simple sitting quite till date 4th June 2021. Don't know thay don't have value for customer & their money. Was this information helpful? | |

SONY service centre has taken my TV set for further repair on 08.06.2021, till today (20.06.2021)there is no reply from sony service.
