Sony India — non receipt of offer(adidas football) declared during football season | |||||
I have purchased a Sony LED TV (Model No.43X7002F) From Great Eastern Trading Co, Baguihati Branch, Kolkata - 700059 vide Invoice No.W1924/1819/04996 dated 29/06/2018. As per Sony's advertisement I am eligible for an offer of a Adidas football worth Rs.1600/-. I am very sorry to say that I haven't yet received the foot ball inspite of repeated visit to Great Eastern Baguihati Branch and repeated phone calls to concerned sales person. He is simply replying that they haven't yet received the football and other offers from Sony and he will call me when the offers arrive at the showroom. I purchased a Wi-400 wireless headphone from local sony dealer (Patiala) on 11 june 2018. Within 1 month I faced problem from headphone. I gave headphone to sankalp customer care (authorized service center of Sony) on 06/july/2018.but I have not yet receive my headphone from centre.
