Dear Sir/ Madam, Please note that the said mobile was purchased through Paytm on dated 25/08/17 and it was repaired for the said fault ( System UI Not responding, System Hung fault and Volume key problem ) on dated 22/11/17 and again it was under repairing work from 29/11/17 to 13/12/17. Today again the same fault shown on the mobile screen and taken screen shot and sent to Sony Service Personnel ( Mr.Hemal, Vapi Office & Mr.Hemant, Surat Office) by Whatsapp . Now I dont want to use this faulty mobile and arrange to send replacement against the same ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||
