Sony India — Regarding mobile connecting problem

The mobile is not working properly and its having network connecting problem. Sometimes its seems like there is no network and after some time its showing full network. But the problem is in this condition the next person can not listen my voice properly or my voice is cracking. The problem is going on from day one but i coudnt understand that as mobile connecting prob. I was taken as network service provider fault. But i found it the fault is in my mobile.

Pls do the needful for resolve the same.
