Sony India — regarding my sony tv model 32w56d defective product | |
Sir, i was purchase sony tv model 32w56d (Internet) on 2016. Presently tv picture display stop for one second & continues. I talk with customer care technician and explain him about defective product & he said we will send senior technician & solve your problem as earliest. Before that one technician from nishant enterprises borda margaon visited and within two or three minutes without touching the tv he said your display panel damaged &requires to be change and its cost is rs.12500. You send your tv in office & for repairing it requires 10 to 15 days if parts available. We believed on sony product & blindly purchase the product. My previous experience about sony product is very best & my first choice is sony product till today. But unfortunately my present experience is very bad. I utilize the tv in proper way & it runs very short time. There is no lightning, no power fluctuation & nothing any reason to damage the panel. So, common man can not afford rs 38000 within 2 years. Is company's policy is use & throw? Is sony product quality is very poor? Is sony products life is very short period? I am waiting for your reply. So i request you to solve my tv problem urgently & give suggestions to your margaon goa serviice station (Nishant enterprises) for taking the issue seriously. I am also electronic engineer & i know very well about electronic products & its validity. Hope you will co-operate us. Thank you.
