Sony India — regarding receiving wrong order

Address:Village-Mohammadpur jharsa, Post office-Narsingh pur, Tehsil-Kadipur, 122004

Sir i ordered sony headphone and earbuds but i received jbl local headphone with wire. I payed 1650 rs and mrp on that jbl headphone is 749 rs. My request is kindly refund my money or give me right order which i have ordered

Please sir don't force me to take strict action against it. This is first time happened with me. So my again kind request to you is please refund my money

We used to play Kaun banega karod pati on our mobile--[protected] & [protected] .

However since last 5 days, we don not get any display after clicking upon"Play now"

We have represented this issue multiple times, but no solution as yet
